I'm linking this crock pot meal on "Foodie Friday"
at Designs by Gollum:
This recipe is from Stephanie O'Dea's wonderful slow cooker cook book.
Everything I've made from this book has been wonderful!!
Here's the recipe.
8 hours on low and it's just about done and falling apart good.
I decided, since the table was set in the dining room, I'd eat in there tonight!
I can't express to you enough how delicious these were!! I mean I wanted to pick them up and eat them off the bone.
The sauce over the rice was heaven!!!!
Give them a try!!Shirley
Hi Shirley!
ReplyDeleteI need to use my crock pot more often...then I could sew all day long!
This looks especially yummy & so does your pretty Easter tablescape.
I admire how you fix yourself such nice meals. My sister lives alone & I worry that she doesn't bother. Blogging gives you the reason to fuss a wee bit & that's a good thing. You deserve it!
Have a Happy Easter!
fondly,
Rett
Glad to hear I'mm going to get to try it in May.
