Crock Pot Roast
This is super easy!! And very tasty.
Empty the three packages seen below into about 1/2 Cup of water and mix up.
Pour over any beef roast cut.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
That's it!
I served it with cheesy mashed potatoes and canned peas.
Warning the gravy is very salty so don't salt any of the rest of the meal.
Besides that, it was really good.
And tender!!

Oh yeah- that looks good. I have been looking for something new to do to a good roast.
ReplyDeleteRanch dressing mix always looks tempting, but could never figure anything out to do with it. This would work in an oven with potatoes and carrots, too.
My mouth is watering and I can almost smell it.

I see live in Medina. I lived in North Canton, OH for several years. My job at that time took me to Medina every couple of weeks. I always loved the square.

Ok, I finally got a brain cell operating and I now realize how close you live to where I was born and grew up. I was born in Shelby 2 counties over- and we lived in Ashland for about 6 years and then moved back to Shelby. I remember going to Chippewa Lake amusement park many times, along with Sea World & Geauga Lake and of course Cedar Point!
ReplyDeleteDad had 2 stores- one in Mansfield and one in Galion. I still have friends and a few family members back there- but it's been 32 years since I have been in Shelby- my friend moved to Columbus so we just stopped there years ago to see her.
