I spent a good day at the County Fair today. The weather was good. Partly sunny and not too awful hot.
Below is a partial collection of some pictures I snapped.
I paid more attention to the chickens this year since I plan on getting some if I indeed ever get a coop.
Two Mrs. Pigs had little piggies which is always cute to see.
One of my favorite barns to go in is the Draft horses. I just love them.
I plan on going back on Sunday to see more of the Dock Dogs perform and more of the 4H horse shows.
Today was just for wandering around, seeing a little bit of everything and eating lots of stuff I shouldn't! I'll do more of that too on Sunday : ))

Fair food is sooooo good that one time of year. Our fair is the last full week in August. Elepant ear, here I come!
ReplyDeleteI wish we had a great county fair around here. I had one growing up, and we looked forward to it every year.
ReplyDeleteOur fair is next week. I can't wait to go see all the quilts entered. I also like seeing the animals. I'll have to take my camera and get some pictures of those too.
ReplyDeleteI am a 4-H Fair Superintendent at our county fair (coming up August 15). I love the fair, but I am glad it's only one week! I work with home economics projects. I already have my schedule of which fair food which days - so I don't miss my favorites!
ReplyDeleteLooks like loads of fun! ;) I just know you enjoyed yourself! LOL
