Show and Tell Things for Dec. 4th

Thank you Cindy for hosting this fun little gathering. You know we all love to show off our stuff! Visit all the other participants at "My Romantic Home". You can find it here: http://romantichome.blogspot.com/

This is my second week here and I like it so much better than cooking!!! : ))
Here's a picture I have up in my house. I just love the little wren. We have a few of them around here with their little tails sticking straight up.

This little guy is supposed to be the RCA Victrola dog, Nipper but doesn't he look just like Rocky!! I should paint a spot around one of his eyes like Rocky has. We got him at an auction years ago long before we got Rocky! Funny, hey? He's very heavy but I think he's plaster by the looks of his broken ear tip. I'll have to bring him in before the snow flies.

Hanging on some old hooks on the wall of my living room (parlor) is this miniature Windsor chair. I love it because I love this type of chair. I'm always on a search for them, (the life-size ones!).
That's all I'm "showing" this week. Tell me what you think and I'll be back next week with some peeks into my house.

  7. Hi Shirley, Thanks for visiting my blog! I love all your beautiful antiques and primitives. Your home must be beautiful. I laughed when you said you wish you had my mixer... it is at least 30 years old! Those old Kitchen Aid models just keep on going! If you average out the cost over the years of service I've gotten, it was dirt cheap!

  8. I am wondering how big that miniature chair is--It looks like someone has sat in it!
