Chicken in the Crock Pot

I'm joining the Crock Pot crew at Dining with Debbie. You can catch all the other recipes here:

I'm not really with it this week, being St. Patrick's Day and all!! But I thought I'd put this really simple and good chicken recipe on.

Here's all the ingredients. (Plus about a lb of skinless, boneless chicken thighs)

The chicken goes in first.

Mix everything else together in a bowl and pour over the chicken.

That's it!!! See . . . EASY!
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

My little tablescape. I love these dishes.

I had some apricot tea with this meal.

Simple but good.
This was the first meal I made in my new kitchen : ))

And for desert . . . Peach Cobbler.
You can find this recipe here:
Have a Happy St. Paddy's Day everyone.

  1. Hi Shirley, I'm over from Crockpot Wed.!

What an easy dish! I haven't had good luck w/ chicken in the slow cooker, but I might have to give this a try!

It's funny you mentioned your new kitchen b/c before you said that I was planning on complimenting it in my comment!! I love what I can see in the background of the pictures!

I also host a link up meme on my site every Friday called Friday Firsts - any culinary first. If you wanted, cooking in your new kitchen for the FIRST time would certainly be a great one to brag about! :)

    Thanks for sharing!

  4. Now that sounds yummy! I love crock pot meals, especially when spring comes and I'm spending so much time on yard work. I will give your recipes a try! Happy St Patrick's Day!
