I had such a taste for egg salad.
Instead of boiling my eggs, I baked them like I had heard about on Pinterest.
Worked like a charm : )))
30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Then dunk them in ice water. They peeled very easily.
Easy peasy!
I make my egg salad with Miracle Whip, chopped celery, a squirt of Dijon mustard and a spoonful of sweet pickle relish.
Yummmmmm

What a great idea! I'd not seen this yet on Pinterest. I love egg salad so you can bet I will be trying this method!
