Egg Salad

I had such a taste for egg salad.
Instead of boiling my eggs, I baked them like I had heard about on Pinterest.
Worked like a charm  : )))
30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then dunk them in ice water.  They peeled very easily.
Easy peasy!

I make my egg salad with Miracle Whip, chopped celery, a squirt of Dijon mustard and a spoonful of sweet pickle relish.
Yummmmmm

We blog about our small farm in Virginia where we raise chickens, ducks and horses as well as a spoiled barn cat. We steam our eggs which works great too.
