I saw this on Pinterest on several places so it sure looked good to me.
(And I have all this zucchini to use up!)
It's sort of like a bread type brownie!
I heated up the slice in the microwave just a little and put a little butter on it.
(Nothing like making it a little more fattening!)
It's good with ice cream too!!
