My Willow Tablescape

It's Tablescape Thursday and everyone that participates in this has been doing their thing with dishes : )) Please let me know what you think of mine then be sure to visit Susan at Between Naps On The Porch and see all the people participating. There's give-a-ways all week there for her 1 year "Blogoversary!!!! Fun!! http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/ Susan is the most gracious hostess.

My tablescape this week is with my new Willow Plates by Johnson Bros. that I got on sale at Marshalls this past week. I love them and already had the teapot to match the color of blue.

Isn't this pattern elegant?

I used some white china I had to compliment it and the little candle holders matched too.

The little teapot I got at a garage sale for $3.00 and I'm so glad I did.

I got these four different but complimenting silver napkin rings on eBay

The sugar shell matches my Oneida silverware.

This is one of my favorite settings.
Have a great Thursday everyone.
Be Good.
Shirley

  8. Hi Shirley...I saw the blue dishes at Marshall's and if I didn't already have blue and white, I would have bought it, too...it's always a favorite, and that pattern is elegant. Your little teapot is a perfect match, too! I laughed when I read your comment on my TT post, about the tablescape being lost on men...so true! Yes, I did set it for GIRLfriends! LOL! Have a wonderful week! Mary

  11. Hi Shirley,
Such an inviting and elegant table! Your new dishes are great, and your flatware and napkin rings are very beautiful.

Thank you for the thoughtful comment you left for me. As far as where I store my collections, I'm lucky to live in a house with a lot of storage closets and attic space (but it's filling up rapidly!).

Hope the rest of your week goes well!
