Three or More and more and more . . .

Thanks Tam for hosting this fun party. Now I have to go see what all the participants have collected at: http://www.thegypsyscorner.com/

They keep coming and coming and are getting bigger and bigger. I have some I could've won a ribbon at the county fair with last week!! I've given lots away but now I notice people are running when they see me coming with an armful of these!! I'm eating and grinding and making bread and more bread! I only planted 3 plants!!! There's at least 6 more ready in the garden right now. I must have very good soil!! After all this land was once a dairy farm.
I'd mail you all some but they're heavy!!
Have a great Tuesday.

  2. This is the trouble of every zucchini grower. Once it goes, you never are able to eat and give away the crop. You can make good soup with them and I also stuff them with bolognese spagetti sauce and bake them in the oven.I even eat them raw in a salad.

  4. You just have to love those prolific little veggies, we usually keep up with them at first and then run out of friends, family and neighbors to share them with. . .They look great!

Deep fried zucchini, zucchini bread, zucchini muffins, zucchini slaw, zucchini soup, zucchini fritters, roasted zucchini, stuffed zucchini, zucchini parmesan, zucchini cookies, zucchini vegetable cocktail, zucchini to beat your self over the head with, zucchini to hide in your neighbors cars when they are not looking...zucchini you carry into the grocery store when they are not looking. 7. Shirley,
Thanks for coming by. A kitchen redo is long, but oh so worth it. The addition and new wiring and plumbing took forever, but I would do it again. Can't wait to see your new kitchen!
    Hugs,
    Donna
