Crock Pot Pork Roast

What's On The Menu Wednesday

(or Crock Pot Wednesday, as it used to be called)

I'm joining Debbie at

This is a good October meal.
A pork roast with red skin potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.
Add one cup of water with what ever herbs you want. I always add caraway seeds to pork.

I cut the roast in half to be sure it cooks thoroughly. I always cut potatoes too and there's nothing worse than half done potatoes!
Cook in the crock pot on High for 4 hours or on low for 10 hours.
I cook on low for a tenderer roast.

This was tender and delicious. Served with blackberry tea.

And cute little fall cupcakes for desert!!

Just stopping by to say hello. Your Pork Roast and Veggies look so inviting. I would really like a serving of that right now. Good food, good music, what more could you want.
Thank you for sharing all of it with me.
