I'm joining in on Foodie Friday with Michael at http://designsbygollum.blogspot.com/
You must stop by there and see the most scrumptious foods by all the participants!!
Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes
I bought a bag of these never frozen hash brown potatoes in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. This recipe (well close enough), was on the back.
Mix together:
The bag of hash browns (probably 2 cups if you do your own)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of Cr. of Chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of melted butter
Spray the inside of a 2 qt baking dish with Pam
Spread mixture into dish
Make a topping of crushed corn flakes and melted butter.
(I didn't have any corn flakes so I crushed up some croutons with the melted butter and it was good)
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Enjoy!!
Super Easy, Super Good!
I think the croutons made it even better!
All done.
Now . . . don't these look good!!!!! That's a turkey burger with the green beans.
