Thank you Mary for hosting Mosaic Monday. Sorry I'm late. There's Lots of beautiful Mosaics over at Little Red House. http://dearlittleredhouse.blogspot.com/
Here are just a few things in my house. I don't exactly know how to find my photos yet with Picassa.
I know I'm a "little" late!! But today went so quickly and I'm just learning Picassa!! Hope I'm on time to find Mr Linky!Shirley
When you bring up your picassa -- click on Edit down on the tool bar.
ReplyDeleteThen you can edit way.
Another much easier editor i find is PicNik.com
Step by step-- very easy.
If you have a moment-- I would love for you to stop by.

I used picasa for my photos on my computer but tried picnik even paying for an upgrade and it runs so sloooooowly I can barely use it.
ReplyDeleteMy last mosaic was done in picasa and it was so easy and quick. I would stick with that one.
Good job on yours by the way. Is that one of your daughters photographs?
Hmmm I actually have both and have to say I understand the confusion you are having with Picasa... but to each is own.
ReplyDeleteThe speed and ease of Picnik for me is fine. I have a separate hard drive i store all my photos -- so for me its a bit easier i suppose.
keep us posted.
Welcome to Mosaic Monday. Your collage / mosaic is very good for the first time. I have picnik which is fine for me. I also have Corel Snapfire plus.
ReplyDeleteYou will see quite a few collages / mosaics on my blog; http://jackieslifeinsurrey-1.blogspot.com/
