Thanks again to Leigh for giving us an event to show off our finds. You can visit all the participants at her blog at: http://lbratina.blogspot.com/ for Thrifty Thursday.
Here's my favorite of the week. My sister found this pack of thick paper coasters of roosters in Hobby Lobby. Then at GW she spotted this frame and look how wonderful it goes together. Makes a wonderful little picture. The whole thing together was $4.00. Good buy I'd say!
Have to start that fall decorating soon. Here's another pumpkin. It's ceramic and was $2.00.
This plaster type wall plaque caught my eye. Cute little hen. It was the most at $5.00!
I really like this wooden primitive looking piece to hang for Christmas.
This metal decorative wall piece I thought would look nice over a doorway. Maybe painted white? ($1.50 for that)
These dishes are a little different and nice for the fall. The wheat is sort of raised. I found 4 plates and 2 cups. I'll be on the look-out for more. They were all $1.00 each.
Here's a little better picture of the nice brown teapot. It was $4.00.
You got some great buys!! I really lke the wood primitive piece for Christmas (we can never have too much Christmas stuff!) and the metal piece. I like it just like it is. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Have a great rest of the week at the barn with your horses!

You found some good deals again. I just don't get to the thrift stores or garage sales enough.
ReplyDeleteI am too busy trying to get my blog to work properly. Lol
I like the wall plaques and the pumpkin.
ReplyDeleteWould you believe I've got those same exact plates...in fact, I've got complete settings for 12! They were the dishes I picked out 29 years ago when I got married and I still have them. We use other dishes now but seeing these makes me want to bring them back out for fall. Thank you for the reminder!
ReplyDeleteGreat deals, love the glassware and the pumkin is perfect for autumn!
ReplyDeleteGreat finds, love the wheat pattern plates.
