No pictures! . . . What!!!
Sometimes you just find yourself "up a creek without a paddle". Yesterday while I was babysitting my two grandkids. I was also trying to bake some bread machine bread. I know now that I shouldn't try to do anything that requires any kind of thinking while watching the young ones (1 and 3 yrs). I didn't let my milk or eggs get to room temp before putting them in the bread maker. Result . . . the yeast did not work and I had one large flat, sunken bread that also stuck to the pan. Did I think to grab my camera . . . NO! I would've liked you to see this poor thing! I am eating bits and pieces of it anyway!! You know, anything is good if you slather enough of that strawberry freezer jam on it!!
So today I went to the barn. Put a little herd of six out in the grass and just sat with them. I need that sometimes : ))
